There is no alternative to stop the spread of it is only the breaking the chain. Lockdown is the best practice to break the chain. The lockdown has forced everyone to stay at home. This has affected everyone’s daily routine. Global economy of affected countries collapsing gradually due to total lockdown. This also has called for cancellation and postponement of many major as well as minor events. This also include major sports event like Tokyo Olympic Games scheduled 2020. Earlier the Olympic Games were scheduled from July 24 to August 9, 2020 but now the dates has been revised and changed to July 23 to august 8, 2021. Even the games will now be held in the year 2021 still due to branding and marketing purpose the name won’t be changed and still remain Tokyo Olympic 2020. The postponement of the athletic competition is anticipated to feature $2.7 billion to the value of the Games for the host country.
