| Abstract | ||
In a general public loaded up with conflicting duties and responsibilities, work-life balance has turned into a prevalent issue at the workplace. Changes in the social, political and monetary texture of social orders have affected and keep on impacting both the idea of business and its relationship to life outside work. Work Life Balance (WLB) is a for the most part new thought which is portrayed as the general quality of an individual's working life. WLB is rarely considered as a sub-thought of the far reaching thought of quality of life, which insinuates the general quality of an individual's life. Quality of life fuses factors, for instance, pay, health, social connections, and diverse elements, for instance, satisfaction and happiness. The impact of expanded working hours is having a genuine ramifications on the lifestyle of tremendous number of individuals, which eventually influences their social and mental wellbeing. Distressing occupation conditions and long working hours are the real indicators of work-life conflict. In this Research Article, we studied a detailed reviewed study on the surveys done on the Concept of Stress in Employees and its impact on their work life balance. |
