Abstract

The present study was conducted in order to demonstrate the physico-chemical parameters of Lake Tilyar in the pre and post monsoon seasons. On the basis of lake morphology, lake was divided in to five sampling stations. Soil samples were collected fortnightly from each sampling station and analyzed for estimation of pH, Electric Conductivity (EC), Total organic carbon (TOC), Phosphate (PO43-), Nitrate (NO3–) for sediment samples. The present study is aimed at observing, comparing and analyzing values of various physico-chemical parameters of soil samples.
