| Abstract | ||
The study aims to assess the level of organizational justice perceived by the IT employees, job satisfaction level and the relationship between organizational justice and job satisfaction of IT employees especially the software employees in the selected IT parks. The results of the study indicate that there is only moderate level of organizational justice perceived by the IT employee. There is significant positive correlation between interactional justice and job satisfaction. The overall organizational justice and job satisfaction of software employees is said have positive correlation. |
