Organisations striving to sustain operational efficiency and customer satisfaction face significant challenges due to uncertainties and interruptions in the constantly changing global supply chain ecosystem. This study explores ways to lessen these difficulties, with an emphasis on technology integration, supplier diversification, inventory optimisation, risk assessment, and cooperative collaborations. In order to help organisations reduce uncertainty and interruptions in their supply chains, this paper offers a comprehensive methodology based on best practises and real-world case studies. This study provides helpful advice for navigating the challenges of contemporary supply chain management by highlighting proactive actions and resilience-building strategies. |
