India is a conventional country and there's diversity in religions, traditions and culture. Role of the females in India largely is family and limited to domestic problems. In several cases females are able to find work as nurses, nurturing sectors, teachers the nurturing and physicians. But even though properly qualified females engineers or maybe supervisors or maybe geologists are available, choice is going to be given to a man of equal qualification. The current study undertakes to explore the so far unexplored trouble of Indian working females to balance their professional and personal living today a days. The current study investigated to determine the factors preventing females workers from aspiring for higher challenges as well as post & problems faced by females workers. Additionally the study try to describe the actual condition of Indian working females and additionally make an attempt to clear primary problems of working females.
