Abstract

Suicide attempt is an attempt to die by suicide that results in survival. Over one million people commit suicide and 10 to 20 million non fatal attempted suicides are reported every year. Along with immediate causes and certain contributory causes had drove them to desperation to end up their lives. The suicidal attempt has affected their mental frame much that they were found not ready to come back to active life as their mental fragility, was not strengthened by counseling as part or recovery period.
