In Ratio Analysis method, the liquidity ratios are a very important aspect to be focused for understanding the financial position of the company and also for the smooth and continuous operation of the company. It helps us in determining the cash position for the smooth and efficient running of business and stability of the firms. Liquidity Ratios are further classified as Current Ratio, Quick Ratio also popularly known as Acid-Test Ratio, and absolute liquid ratio also known as Cash Ratio.
