Working Memory among Children with and Without Mild Intellectual Impairment

| Abstract | ||
The aim of this study was to find out the level of working memory among children with and without intellectual impairment. Sample of the present study was drawn from various government schools of Karmadai Block of Coimbatore District in Tamilnadu. A total of 57 (29 children with Mild intellectual impairment and 27 children without intellectual impairment) children were drawn through simple stratified random technique. The age range of both groups from 10-12 years with mean age of 11.3 years. Performance on working is significantly high of the children without intellectual impairment in comparison to children with intellectual impairment. |
