| Abstract | ||
Inclusive participation is not only the need of the hour but also helps any society or nation to utilise the potential of all without any discrimination for the betterment of the people and ultimately for the development of the nation. Since women constitute almost half of the population, it is very important to include them in the law making bodies at decision-making level. Accommodating their experiences will become an asset in the developmental process. The present paper is meant to focus on the presence of women and their active role in the council of ministers in Indian Parliament. |
