| Abstract | ||
Shobha De the so called feminist writer in India does her best to give out ‘New Woman’ as valiant, heroic taunt less and venturesome amidst patriarchal world. The new woman combats to get freedom from men while fighting to attain her goals. She recklessly abandons the so called established institutions such as marriage and family. Her aspirations are only to attain new identity by over throwing the estimation as second sex. |
