Some Variance Balanced Design with Distinct Replications

The present paper provides method of construction of variance balanced designs using balanced incomplete block designs. There are total five theorems based on the construction of variance balanced design described with at least one example. In the entire structure N+ J matrix is taken as key matrix where N is the incidence matrix of binary design which results into non-binary design.
