Abstract

The present paper is here to shed the light on the after effect that is the trauma faced by the children of sexual abuse. This research is based on the conditional change, social discomfort and in the behavioral changes of the victim at different stages like at the time of pre schools, school age children and teenagers. In this stream there are many effects on the child as related to their mental or physical health, they lack the trust and relationship, selflessness as shown by their behavior. The indicators and the after effects are remains with the victim for whole life as a stigma. Even there is laws and reformative provision are there but ones the soul is broken it always be shattered. The better approach is to provide support to the victim by reporting the crime as soon as possible than only the agencies come and play their vital role to cure such offences. Intervention or prevention of child sexual abuse is the upmost priority of the time. Providing protection and cure is more over a social issue rather than a legal one. More social initiative and awareness programs must be encouraged or lined up with the legal framework to provide proper justice to it.
