Abstract

Parental Encouragement alludes to the general process embraced by the parents to activity and coordinates the conduct of the children towards high academic achievement. The present study expects to test the connection amongst Parental Encouragement and Adjustment of Adolescents. Along these lines exceptionally attractive the family climate, higher is the academic achievement of adolescents. Positive unimportant relationship was seen amongst parental encouragement and academic achievement of girl’s adolescents even at 5% level of hugeness. Negative and huge relationship was seen amongst parental encouragement and academic achievement of boys adolescent i.e. as the parental encouragement builds, scholastic achievement decreases. It was prescribed that guardians should know about the significance of their part in their children’s academic achievement motivation with the goal that they can give the essential offices at home.
