| Abstract | ||
According to the current Government, after seventy years of rule, there was a lack of good governance, infrastructure, job opportunities and quality of services in Jammu and Kashmir. The successive governments on both levels were failed to build the J&K economically, politically and administratively. And to develop the region in its true sense, various promises and slogans were put forward since 2014 to 20. The special status was considered a blockade to good governance and effective delivery of services and peace in the region. Thus, the current piece of research was an attempt to highlight the relevance and significance of foresaid rationale and sloganeering to address the issue of good governance and effective delivery of services in Jammu and Kashmir. |
