Conrad's women have all the graces of intuition and pity which spring from their essential feminine character. His finest women are women of character, having essential feminine temperament. Albeit for Conrad, a woman‟s vantage of life is entwined in a man‟s happiness and her existence let alone her end cannot exist devoid of man‟s volition. Searching „herself in the midst of revered existence. |
