| Abstract | ||
Job satisfaction expresses the degree of agreement between the individual's expectations of the job and those offered by the job. Job satisfaction among doctors is a crucial issue because of patient relationships and time pressure associated with managing the medical care. This study examines and explores the factors that affect the doctor's job satisfaction. This article examines components that introduce job satisfaction in a very detailed way. The results of this study show a fundamental element of physician job satisfaction that may help policy-makers in developing the policies needed for the sustainable and higher health needs of national civilians. |
