| Abstract | ||
This study compares HDFC's stock performance from January 2015 to December 2015 using the Relative Strength Index (RSI). The RSI indicator is used to identify overbought and oversold conditions, generating trading signals based on 30 and 70 criteria. The analysis shows that when paired with trend analysis and other indicators, RSI is useful in signalling potential reversals and improving trading decisions. The study suggests that RSI is a viable instrument for short-term traders, providing information on market sentiment and momentum. |
