| Abstract | ||
This base of the study was to review the literature in order to know as to how Indian employees feel about rewards in the workplace. The study took a theoretical approach and concentrated on how various writers understood and addressed the part that employees' attitudes toward rewards play. The results of several research publications were taken into account for determining the interpretations. The study demonstrated a relationship between work proficiency, training attitude and updated training. Longer tenured staff members acquire a more specialized skill set that can be quite beneficial to the business. Pay has an impact on workers' attitudes toward their jobs. Positive attitudes were shown by employees about both intrinsic and extrinsic rewards. Regarding training and development efforts, the staff members were unsure of how their department informed them. Task flexibility affects worker productivity. An organization's incentive program and employee attitude toward work found closely related. |
