| Abstract | ||
Growth of any system depends on the satisfaction and motivation of its employees, along with their knowledge, skills, abilities and other traits. The aim of this research report is to identify the motivational components that cause important impact on the job satisfaction of employees in the education sector. A questionnaire is framed to identify the importance of genes that are responsible for job satisfaction or dissatisfaction. Collected data were analyzed using mean point value, standard deviation and variance, t-test and ANOVA. A descriptive research was borne for this design with sample size of 119 staffs. Amongst the factors of job satisfaction and motivation the work itself, Job security and playing conditions, pay and fringe benefits, reaching one’s potential and personal grow are the most significant factors to most of the teachers. |
