Analyses of Job Satisfaction among Government and Private Schools Physical Education Teachers of Jammu

Satisfaction plays an important role in one’s life. As without it one cannot live happily and always remain frustrated with life that can lead depression, negativity, frustration etc. Therefore, the satisfaction in job is must so that one can enjoy each movement of life either it is during the job or vocations. To find out the difference level of job satisfaction, the research scholar investigated on Job satisfaction among government schools male and female physical education teachers and private schools male and female physical education teachers. It is descriptive and comparative study. Systematic random sampling technique was used, 100 samples were collected, and (N- 50) government schools 25 male and 25 female and (N-50) private schools 25male and 25 female physical education teachers. A parameter “job satisfaction” by Dr. (Mrs.) Meera Dixit (1993) was used to collect the data from subjects. Analyses of variance (ANOVA) was implemented for the statistical analyses of data. Thus the results revealed significant difference as the P<0.05level of significance. The study revealed that there is significant difference among the government schools male and female and private schools male and female physical education teachers.
