Subjects are often compartmentalised in traditional educational paradigms, which makes it difficult for students to link information from other fields and build flexible problem-solving abilities. In order to develop creativity, critical thinking, and a comprehensive grasp of difficult real-world problems, this study article emphasises the integration of mathematics with other topics. It also addresses the idea of empowering students via interdisciplinary problem solving. We explore the advantages of this all-encompassing strategy, go through implementation tactics, and provide actual proof of its efficacy. Students may achieve academic success as well as gain the skills to handle complex problems they will confront in their personal and professional lives by embracing multidisciplinary problem solving. With clear divisions between mathematics, science, the humanities, and the arts, traditional educational institutions have traditionally focused on compartmentalising courses. Although this method has advantages in terms of structure and specialisation, it often ignores the interconnection of information and the necessity for flexible problem-solving abilities. In contrast to the existing quo, this study report promotes a revolutionary strategy that empowers students via multidisciplinary problem solving. Traditional educational paradigms compartmentalise topics, teach them in isolation, and grade them individually. For instance, mathematics is often seen as a field unto itself, with minimal integration with other disciplines. The capacity of pupils to comprehend the big picture and link information from other fields may be constrained by this compartmentalization. This compartmentalised method of issue resolution is changed by interdisciplinary approaches. It inspires teachers to remove boundaries between courses and adopt a comprehensive approach to teaching. This method views mathematics as interacting with science, technology, the humanities, and the arts as well as being a fundamental component of a greater intellectual landscape. |
