Abstract

This study attempts to assess the relationships among job stress, organizational justice, organizational commitment and turnover intentions of bank employees. Data were collected using a stratified random sampling technique from 221 employees working at public and private sector banks in Tamilnadu. A well-structured scale was used for the primary data collection. To analyze and interpret the relationships among the variables, this study adopted descriptive statistics, correlation and regression analyses. The study found that job stress has significant positive relation with turnover intention. Organizational justice and organizational commitment has significant negative relationship with turnover intention.
