| Abstract | ||
The production of high quality BSCCO thin film is grown on MgO (100) substrate by using PLD technique. The surface appearance of the BSCCO thin film on the MgO substrate is observed with the help of SEM. The thin film is characterized with XRD method. Observe these results represent the good quality of Bi-2212 thin film, good electrical, epitaxial growth of film and the magnetic properties. The Jc is calculated in this process. This critical current density Jc is strongly dependent on the temperature and magnetic field. The Bi-2212 film current densities on MgO substrate at different substrate are measured. The current density will be calculated as 6.3x106 A/cm2. |
