Management and Problems of Secondary Schools in Tirap District of Arunachal Pradesh

Abstract

The pilot study aim to find out the Academic functions of the teachers in different managements in the secondary schools and to explore the infrastructure problems faced by the secondary schools under different managements schools. For this purpose, descriptive method was employed. The sample of 17 principals and 304 teachers were taken for the study the study indicated that mostly the government schools faced the infrastructural problem which is not adequate and private school have slightly less problem than government schools. In academic functions of the teachers, private school teachers were mostly decides the teaching workload than the government and govt. aided school teachers. The nature of this research has highlighted the importance of proper management and finding out the possible solutions to various problems faced by the secondary schools.
