| Abstract | ||
The present study is to under taken to know the health, safety and welfare provisions of petrol bunk employees Visakhapatnam. For the purpose of the study random sampling method is adopted to carry out the study. The quantitative method of primary source was utilized to collect the data from 80 employees. Five Likert scales questionnaire were used to determine the measure of health, safety and welfare provisions. Statistical packages for social sciences 16 (SPSS) program was used for analysis to the collected data. The statistical tools were aligned with the objective of the research. For this purpose, frequency tables, percentages, means and standard deviations, ANOVA test were computed and substantively interpreted. Finally the study concludes that the employees of petrol bunks in the Visakhapatnam city have positive opinion on the health, safety, welfare facilities provide by the petrol bunks managements. |
