| Abstract | ||
This study set out to evaluate literature in order to investigate the importance of workplace training. The study took a theoretical approach and concentrated on the various writers' presentations of the function of workplace training. The results of several research articles were considered throughout the study. The study chosen research methodology with quantitative studies on the value of training in raising worker productivity. The conclusions of the study demonstrated how training plans and strategic plans for employee productivity are integrated in Indian businesses. This study offered some suggestions on how businesses might increase staff productivity through successful training initiatives. For improved results in the future, more research is needed as not much work has been done in Indian organizations. |
