Depression is a prevalent mental health condition that significantly impacts individuals' well-being and quality of life. While traditional treatments such as medication and psychotherapy are effective for many individuals, there is growing interest in alternative approaches, including mindfulness-based interventions (MBIs). This research study examines the effectiveness of Mindfulness-Based Interventions (MBIs) in treating depression by doing a thorough review and analysis of previous studies. The findings provide insights into the effectiveness of MBIs as a complementary or standalone treatment for depression and offer implications for clinical practice and future research. |
