Emotional intelligence (EI) and workplace stress are two crucial factors that affect an individual's productivity and overall well-being. Emotional intelligence, or EI, is the capacity to comprehend and control not just one's own feelings but also those of oneself and other people. In contrast, workplace stress refers to the negative physical and emotional responses an individual may experience due to the demands and pressures of their job. |
