A crucial component of contemporary society's framework, leisure time is a major issue for modern civilization and plays a crucial role in a person's growth. The purpose of this study is to examine the benefits of integrating extracurricular (leisure) activities into the primary educational process in the modern world. Studies have shown that teachers can significantly contribute to the development and enhancement of students' talents through participation in extracurricular activities. It is obvious from the reactions to the inquiry that the two educators and students have changing perspectives and interests towards extracurricular exercises. How much tension put on state funded schools to raise test scores and understudy accomplishment is at record highs in the US. While confronted with extreme monetary cuts, school organizations are searching for procedures to further develop understudy achievement. Many schools locale are thinking about whether to scale back or quit supporting for extracurricular projects.
