Abstract

Migration is a world- wide Phenomenon that seems to be a human necessity irrespective of time & place since ages. Man has a tendency to leave the areas in which life is easier & better. Many adventurous and enterprising people migrated to different places outside the country in search of food and shelter or for other commercial purposes. Migration phenomena have been influencing socio-economic conditions of the people from the very beginning of human civilization .Earlier, certainly impact of migration phenomena was not so complex and multidimensional in character because of less complex migration processes.
