| Abstract | ||
The recognition, enjoyment and violation of human rights have always been in debate both at conceptual and empirical domain. The concept of human rights, since its inception, has raised many legal, moral and political questions which have kept political philosophers, leaders, legal experts, activists and common people engaged in answering them. In this paper, attempts have been made to through some lights on important normative debates in the human rights discourse which of course help us to understand the theory and practice of human rights. |
