| Present century witnesses a plethora of opportunities in the field of education, by integrating technology in its various domains. When scanning on the different technological learning approaches Massive Open Online Courses (MOOC) movement gain importance in this time. Massive Open Online Courses (MOOC) is available for all courses. It will be useful for the teachers as well for the students to overcome the difficulties, which they are facing in their academic career. With the help of MOOC, one can learn and gain more knowledge about a particular topic. Though teachers are very much active in digital world, only few teachers are well aware about MOOC. The present study is intended to study the awareness and perception secondary school teachers of Kerala on Professional development through MOOCs. The study concludes that majority of school teachers in Kerala are not aware of the SWAYAM Platform and the variety of courses offered by SWAYAM. | ||
