Abstract

The present research paper aims to assess the impact of Human Resources Policies and Practices on Organizational Performance in Indian Oil & Gas Industry. The main objective of this research is to understand the influence of Human Resource Management Policies and Practices on Organizational Performance in Oil & Gas Industry in India. The study sheds light on how HRM practices are implemented in India specifically at ONGC to enhance Organizational Performance.
