| Abstract | ||
In this article, the authors examine how, when and to what extent Human Resource strategies need to be planned at the employee level in order to enhance organizational excellence. Depending merely on theories need not be the solutions rather Work Practices affect performance at the employee level. In the present competitive environment the planning is focused based on high human resource practices which could provide an insight to what is called high performance work practices (HPWP). The present article is piloted on the enterprises in and around the Lucknow district. Though a micro-level study, , its derivatives can be applicable at macro level. |
