Banking has been one of the most pioneering sectors in India which has witnessed phenomenal growth and expansion. The banking business runs on customer relationships which is its backbone and lifeblood. The customers who are continuously interacting and communicating with the bank often results in relationship building and cross sell of multiple products. An effective and engaged employee will display strong commitment level and create positive and customer friendly environment. The research provides a deep insight on how employee engagement is a predictor of customer satisfaction. |
