The field of artificial intelligence (AI) has brought about substantial changes in multiple facets of human resource management, encompassing talent acquisition and recruitment procedures. The primary objective of this study is to investigate the influence of artificial intelligence (AI) on the process of talent acquisition and recruitment. The study will specifically analyse the transformative effects of AI technologies on conventional practises in this domain. This study examines the utilisation of AI-based candidate sourcing and screening, AI-driven assessments and predictive analytics, the integration of chatbots and virtual assistants in candidate engagement, the automation of administrative duties, and the ethical implications associated with AI adoption in the recruitment process. Through a comprehensive analysis of the advantages and obstacles associated with artificial intelligence (AI) in the domain of talent acquisition, organisations can enhance their comprehension of the ramifications linked to the incorporation of AI technologies. This heightened understanding empowers organisations to make well-informed judgements pertaining to their recruitment strategies. The results of this research make a valuable addition to the current body of knowledge regarding the implementation and consequences of artificial intelligence in human resource management, specifically in relation to the acquisition and recruitment of talented individuals. |
