| Abstract | ||
The study aims to explore the latest compensation packages offered by Indian private sector companies. Secondary data has been collected for the purpose of study and it reveals that companies offer a number of attractive deals to attract and retain the new generation employees. Flexible work hours, gym, spa, massage parlours, day care and so on are few aspects forming part of the innovative compensation deals. |
