| Abstract | ||
Leadership is a concept which is often talked about, and which has generated a proliferation of literature, especially in the field of management and organizational science (Jones, 2005). One of the foremost scholars of leadership, Barnard Bass, has described leadership as a ―universal phenomenon‖ (Bass, 1990). He defines leadership as ―an interaction between two or more members of a group that often involves structuring or restructuring of the situation and the perception and expectations of the members. |
