| Abstract | ||
A prisoner is no longer to be treated as discarded and dumped and has the right to live life within the four walls or has the right to restart his life once the punishment is served through rehabilitation initiatives of the correctional administration. The present paper deals with the perception of prisoners of KAPURTHALA MODEL JAIL and FARIDKOT MODEL JAIL regarding living conditions inside the jails. |
